Stéphanie discovered Kiabi Life through the actions she took part in in Italy. “I volunteered in a sorting centre, collected used clothes and gave a home room a makeover”, recalls the interested party who joined Kiabi Belgium in 2017.
“We launched our first actions during the lockdown by organising clothing donations for four local associations and made a €5000 donation to the Red Cross to fight the spread of COVID.
Stéphanie prefers to focus on the quality and involvement of Kiabers rather than multiplying actions. “A few months ago, I got in touch with the association “Make a Wish”, which finances the dreams of sick children. We are going to make little Aaron’s dream come true by allowing him to swim with dolphins. We are also considering a partnership with the Think Pink association as part of Pink October, for which we plan to organise a digital race, the sale of gadgets and pink ribbons, as well as coaching sessions in shops. I am lucky enough to have contacts in each of our four shops, who pass on their ideas and take charge of informing and mobilising the teams around the projects supported by Kiabi. The objectives of Kiabi Life are perfectly in line with my values and interests. Representing Kiabi in associations is quite a responsibility. It is also a source of very enriching encounters.
